I purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson, but there was a problem with one of the shoes. CH responsed immediately with the right resolution, which is so awesome these days! That by itself would get 5 stars. But also, my grandson loves these shoes! My sons haven’t used these in an official match yet, but they’ve been awesome in practice. The grip on the mat is solid, they’re lightweight, and they broke in quickly with zero blisters. Their ankles feel locked in and supported during live drills. They can't wait to wear them for competition day!
