Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)
Any shoes that have not been wrestled in can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or exchange, please email us using the format below:
Subject: Hi my name is FULL NAME and my order number is ORDER NUMBER.
Message: I would like to return or exchange my “PRODUCT(S)” for “EXCHANGE PRODUCT.”
Once received, our team will review and respond with next steps.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are final.
Wrong Size or Wrong Address on Order
If you entered the wrong size or wrong shipping address, email us immediately:
Subject: URGENT: Need to change address on the order I placed by FIRST + LAST NAME — ORDER NUMBER
If the order has already shipped and the address was incorrect, and you did not reach out beforehand, CH Gear is not liable to send a replacement free of charge. We will, however, offer a discount on a replacement pair.
Package Returned to CH Gear Headquarters
If USPS sends your package back to us, please email:
Subject: Hi, I am inquiring because my order from FIRST + LAST NAME — ORDER NUMBER was not received and appears to be returning to CH Gear Headquarters.
We will confirm the return and ship your product back out as soon as possible.
Warranty — Product Not Holding Up
Our wrestling shoes include a 3‑month warranty. If your shoes become unwearable within 3 months of purchase, we will send a replacement pair of equal value.
Some colorways sell out, but we will work with you to make it right. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing and keeping athletes in gear they trust.
XXVI Zipper Shoe — Difficulty Zipping
If your XXVI zipper shoes feel tight or difficult to zip:
Pull the bottom lace tighter — this often helps the zipper track properly until the shoe breaks in.
If you still cannot zip them, you may exchange for a size up or return the pair (U.S. orders only).
Sizing Information
Wrestling Shoes: True‑to‑size for most athletes. If you have wider feet, consider sizing up ½ size.
XXVI Zipper Models: Fit snug by design. Breaking them in improves zipper ease.
Apparel: Standard athletic fit unless noted otherwise.
Kneepads & Headgear: Designed for universal fit with stretch and adjustability.
