Any shoes non-wrestled in can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. If you are wishing to exchange please label your message " Hi my name is "FULL NAME" and my order number is "ORDER NUMBER". I would like to return or exchange my "insert products" for "exchange product".

If you did not receive an item in your order or your order has not shipped in over a week it is possible a product you purchased sold out. We are refunding anyone who might have boughten any sock shoe or kneepad that was sold out. If you did not receive an item in your order please write "Hi my name is "Name" and my order number is "order number" and I did not receive "item". If you are refunded for an order you purchased recently and were not able to get our latest colorway in your current shoes we are sincerely sorry.

When is our next launch?

Our next shoe launch will take place on Black Friday, and that's all I can tell you for now:)

Our knee pads will restock in all sizes for 4 weeks. Stay tuned for an exact date.

Will the America's HWT, XXV, and other shoes in the Graveyard restock? The answer is most likely not... Our whole business model was based off giving the community something new and not reusing the same model every year. The XXVs will come back with some improvements based on the feedback from the community with some new colorways, and there may be plans in motion for a Wyatt 2.0.. but it wouldn't be fun to tell you anymore. If you want the Navy/white XXVs to come back yell at Cayden. I've been telling him to restock them lol, I wish it was that easy in real life practice though. But we are considering it.

I ordered the wrong size or put in the wrong address on my order. If you ordered the wrong size or put in the wrong address label your email "URGENT: Need to change address on the order I placed by "first and last name" and order number "ORDER NUMBER".

My package is being sent back from USPS and back to CH Gear Headquarters. If your order was not received and was shipped back to the headquarters please write "Hi, I am inquiring because my order from "first and last name" and "order number" was not received, and it looks like it being shipped back to you. Is there anyway you can confirm this, and ship a pair back to me at your earliest convenience.

My product did not hold up to satisfactory times. Our shoes offer a 3 month warranty. This means that if the shoes are no longer wearable within 3 months of purchase date we will send you another pair of equal value. Many of our shoes sell out, but we will work our best with you to make it right. We pride ourself on doing the right thing, and realizing things happen and at the end of the day want to see you all wear our shoes and other products.

XXVs not zipping up. Sometimes when people try our XXVs they cannot zip them up whether it be they ordered a size down or have wider feet. If you pull the bottom lace tight it often helps zip them up until they are broken in. If you still cannot zip them up and would like to exchange them for a size up or return them you may do so.
