- If you’re between sizes and your foot is done growing → go down a half size.
- If you plan to keep the included laces in for extra tightness → go up a half size.
- Laces are optional — the zipper system alone locks you in — but they’re there if you want them.

Good quality material that didn't fall apart after a lot of practices. Easy to put on as well and overall my favorite wrestling shoes purchased to this date.
My kid loved the shoes and free matching socks, however my issue is this - paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took just as long as if I had paid for standard unfortunately so wasn't worth it in my opinion unfortunately. Again, merchandise, great! Shipping not so much..please do better! Thank you!

Amazing wrestling shoes. The only issue I had was I had to use them for a bit before the toes would start to slide on my sprawls but besides that everything about them is amazing

The shoe is very comfy and super easy to put on especially if you take out tje laces my only complaint is the zipper not matching the color wave of the shoe but other than that it is nice and I would recommend them

My son absolutely loved these. He told me they felt great on his feet and very comfortable. The only thing he said that he does not like about them is that they are a little heavier feeling on his feet, but he wouldn't take the 5-star rating away because of that.

The shoes are great! I have wider feet and they slip in better in these shoes than the last ones! The ankle area is well supportive. The shoes are overall very comfy and fit my feet better without having to size up! Also, I love the design and color!
